Our founder, Nick White celebrates his 10th year being IQP Registered for Te Kaunihera o Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland City Council. This means we are recognised as qualified building specialists and ensure Building Warrants of Fitness (BWOF) are compliant and safe.

In our case this means we can use our AV Technology industry experience to inspect, report on and maintain Hearing Assistive Systems in commercial and residential buildings.

What is an IQP?

An IQP, or Independent Qualified Person, is someone who has been independently authorised by the city council to carry out inspections, reporting, and maintenance on a building’s specified systems. For example, if your building requires a hearing loop, an IQP can assess and maintain it to make sure it is working correctly and continues to meet all necessary BWOF specifications.
